3.5E(S)- represent real-world relationships using number pairs in a table and verbal descriptions
3.3A(S)- represent fractions greater than zero and less than or equal to one with denominators of 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 using concrete objects and pictorial models including strip-diagrams and number lines

Homework:There is a new Homework Folder for math to help keep students organized. I will check these logs Friday. Laps at recess if the log is missing or not complete for both Reading and Math. Practice your facts three times a week, Word Problems page 1, and Motivation Math homework page over place value.

Science: We have some exciting labs going on this week!
3.6A(R)- explore different forms of energy, including mechanical, light, sound, and heat/thermal in everyday life

Special Request! If you can please send any of these items: large popsicle sticks, rubber bands, green army men, Solo cups, straws, masking tape, yarn, measuring tape (the soft kind you would use for sewing).

Other Information: In support of a White Oak student, we will be participating in the following events, and if you can bring “Coins for Olivia” (note went home 1-12)
